Australia Day

Australia Day (previously known as Anniversary Day, Foundation Day, and ANA Day) is the official national day of Australia. Celebrated annually on 26 January, the date commemorates the arrival of the First Fleet at Sydney Cove in 1788 and the proclamation at that time of British sovereignty over the eastern seaboard of New Holland. (wikipedia).

The date is controversial to some Australians, particularly those of Indigenous heritage, leading to the use of alternate names, such as Invasion Day and Survival Day. Proposals have been made to change the date of Australia Day, but these have failed to gain widespread public support. (wikipedia).

The two preface above is copy pasted from wikipedia as I believe those are most acceptable definition by mainstream.

Today, as I experience this day, even since long preparations from council, NGO's, sponsors, local media, govern official, show that this day is only how to entertain public and family annually yet safely. That's it.

In fact, those are most of the expectation which is arise on the surfaces. Then get in to the mainstream is an easy way an fun. Enjoying the food, music concert, drawn in the crowd, air shows and fireworks is definitely wonderful way.

Well just enjoy the pictures below, Aussie.. Aussie.. Aussie... Oi.. Oi.. Oi..
